TERMS & CONDITIONS:
James Nader will provide education, advice, and tips during photo workshops. James Nader will not be held responsible for (A) any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider, and (B) any loss or damage due to delay, cancellation, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders of any government, or by acts of nature, strikes, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sickness, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control.
The participant waives any claim against James Nader for any such loss, damage, injury, or death. James Nader reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to accept, decline to accept, or remove any participant in any photo workshop. James Nader reserves the right, without penalty, to make changes in the itinerary whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant it or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of participants. You have assumed the responsibility of selecting an activity appropriate to your physical abilities and interests. You are personally responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake the activity.
Attending photographers are not permitted to use images taken at the workshop for commercial purposes. Image usage is strictly portfolio-only (website and online). Social media usage is allowed, but only to showcase your portfolio. Images must not be submitted to magazines, exhibitions, or competitions without permission. Images must not be used to advertise photo shoots, workshops, or products.
All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly suggested since there are limited spaces available. For our photo workshop, the full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the workshop. Full payment for any registration received within six weeks is required.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Costs included in the tuition are photo instruction by James Nader during the photo workshop and photo review, editing, and post-processing; lunch; and light refreshments on both days.
Not included: Accommodation, transportation, other meals (other than lunch) and personal expenses.
Payment, cancellation, and refunds: To reserve a place at the workshop, a deposit of £625 per person is required. The final payment is due no later than six weeks prior to the start of the workshop. If full payment is not received within six weeks of the start of the workshop, your reservation may be cancelled. The following refund schedule will apply if you are unable or choose to attend our photo workshop no longer:
More than six weeks before the workshop start date: The total deposit amount is forfeited unless you find a replacement
Less than six weeks before the workshop start date: No refund
Notification by email is acceptable; notification by phone is acceptable if it is followed up in writing.
Leaving a workshop in progress for any reason will not result in a refund at any time. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to a lack of participants, making the workshop economically unviable. If a workshop is cancelled by us prior to the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund of the amount you have already paid.
